Foreign fills are evaluated at the start of the appointment. If existing work does not meet The Lash Standard (ie. poor isolation, or if retention is under 40% after removing outgrown lashes), a complete removal and new set will be required to protect lash health and ensure quality results. Pricing and timing will be adjusted accordingly. This ensures your lashes stay healthy, safe, and looking their absolute best. Thank you for understanding!

Every fill includes a professional deep cleanse, removal of outgrown lashes, and an assessment of existing work. Fills require a minimum of 50% retention; if this standard is not met, a removal and full set will be required. Fills are maintenance appointments and not intended for major style changes. **Anything beyond 21 days, will be charged as a full set.**
